Smartiekoekjes en appelmoes / Smarties cookies and applesauce

Morgen heeft mijn zoon een kerstdiner op school. Alle ouders moeten iets meebrengen en ik heb een hele pan appelmoes gemaakt en smartiekoekjes. Ik denk dat ze wel snel op zullen zijn morgen! Het recept voor de koekjes komt van de GoodFood-site. En ja; ze zijn net zo lekker als ze eruit zien! (en snel en simpel, altijd handig na 5 dagen werken!)

Tomorrow my son has a christmas dinner at school. All parents have to bring something and I made a whole lot of applesauce and smarties cookies. I think they will be eaten quite quickly tomorrow. The recipe for the cookies is from the GoodFood website. And yes; they taste as good as they look! (and quick and easy, great after 5 days of working!)
