Ik laat je weten hoe het gaat!
As promised; my plans to take better care of my body this month (pink ribbon; breastcancer awareness). Firstly I started to eat more healthy and snack less. My ideal way to keep that up is to avoid candy during the week and saturdaynight I am allowed some chocolate. Everytime I feel the urge to snack, I know I am allowed to do so saturday so I don't do it at that moment. Whenever I have a party I don't make a big deal of breaking the rules (within boundries), the point is to keep it up as well as possible.
The second part of my plan is to start "the thirty day shred". I saw this at other blogs (like Alicias homemaking) and I
